Kompatible Betriebssysteme

Android ist ab Version 4.3 und iOS ab Version 8.0 kompatible. Sollte ihr Betriebssystem nicht kompatibel sein, können Sie die entsprechende App nicht aus dem Store herunterladen.

Zusätzlich zum Betriebssystem gibt es bezüglich der Hardware zusätzlich die folgenden Anforderungen:

Kompatible Android™  Geräte

Damit ein Android Gerät kompatibel ist, muss es den OTG-Standard auf dem USB-Anschluss voll unterstützen (trifft meist nur auf die Top-Modelle der Hersteller zur). Ideal ist, wenn eine Micro-USB-Anschluss (USB-C erfordert immer einen Adapter) vorhanden ist und dieser mit der schmalen Seite zum Display ausgerichtet ist (ansonsten würde die Kamera verkehrt herum eingesteckt und benötigt daher ein kurzes Adapterkabel).

Verwendung von Schutzhüllen:

Einige dickere Schutzhüllen (insbesondere diejenigen mit ausgeprägtem Stoßschutz) bieten nicht genug freiraum um den Anschlusspunkt (USB bzw. Lightning). Die Kamera kann dann keine sichere Verbindung mit dem Gerät aufbauen oder während des Betriebes heraus rutschen. Bitte achten Sie beim Kauf der Schutzhülle auf ausreichenden Abstand.

NOTE: Android devices sometimes orient the microUSB connecter in different directions or locations. For correct usage the USB port should be located on the bottom, with the widest portion of the port aligned with the back of your smartphone. Many LG and HTC devices orient the connecter in the opposite direction, and many devices from Sony and Motorola often position the port on the side. In these cases it is recommended to use a microUSB cable or adapter to allow proper aiming and positioning of the camera. Testing has confirmed compatibility for with the following adapters.
